I believe it will be absolute chaos if such high density is built across from the GO train station just west of Trafalgar Dr. Anyone that is willing to pay $123 million for this site will try and earn as much money as possible and will cut all corners in developing the land. To hear that there will be internal roads within the site when there is already so many cars coming and going from the GO train station makes me think the situation will become unmanageable.
