I have spent a several hours reading this document trying to find the evidence for the proposed mergers. I was looking for the "proven current inefficiencies" and how you propose the mergers will stream line processes. To know it will save money, in the interest of transparency, i would like to see your proposed budget And know where the funding will come from. I am not surprised that there has been no evidence provided that regional decision making serves local partnerships better.
In summation, I support the Niagara Conservation Authority. I do not support the planned mergers.
