I am extremely concerned by…

I am extremely concerned by the proposed amalgamation of the Ontario conservation authorities. Ontario includes countless unique ecological features, such as sand dunes, rock shield, lowlands and some of the world’s best farmland. I urge the Government of Ontario to reconsider this proposal. The potential ecological repercussions are massive. Ontario, the land of lakes, beautiful forests, valleys and gores, farmland and wetland, deserves so much better than this. We owe it to future generations to adequately protect the ecological and natural resources Ontario has. I love this province and its lands, and I hope to protect it for my children and our future.
