Lifelong resident of Ontario here, this is a hideous proposal that NO ONE IS ASKING FOR, that will do nothing but at best make a larger red tape barrier, at worst is handing important land and water rights to certain corporate interests (who I think pay Doug Ford very well for this sort of proposed legislature).

When you're finally gone, the damage will take years to undo.
