This is a very bad idea! Please keep your greedy hands away from Conservation areas.
These plots of lands are best monitored by local authorities who are familiar with the areas. Land matters! Not only for the people, for the animals, birds, trees, and plant life.
Conservation land should remain in the care of people familiar with the areas.
