Amalgamation of Ontario's Consevation Authouities is a power grab by the PC's. PC's will bypass existing checks and balances that protect property owners, conservationi associations, and environmentalists from government unilateral exploitation of and use, in the name "progress". They'll streamline developer/speculator ability to redefine land use with no oversight.

This power play by the Ontario provincial government is fraught with misleading assurances, many would say outright lies. We must not repeat the centralization power grab the PC's jammed through in the 90's. It was wrong then and it's wrong now.
