I am against the proposed merger of the Conservation Authorities. While collaboration and cooperation are essential to preserving our shared water and land heritage, the mergers will only create overhead and reduce local input.
Nothing this current provincial government has done would lend one to believe it will enhance conservation efforts but rather it will create more avenues for developpers to break into areas that hasve been set aside for the enjoyment and health of the population.
