I am disheartened to hear about the proposed changes to Ontario’s conservation authorities. I agree with the Hamilton Conservation Authorities submission to the ERO. As someone who lives on a property surrounded by protected conservation lands, I am concerned about our community losing local decision-making and I support keeping conservation decisions rooted in our community.
