As a resident of the Winona…

As a resident of the Winona area, situated between Hamilton and Grimsby, I am deeply concerned about maintaining the delicate balance of the Niagara region watersheds. Regional, not provincial divisions are needed to maintain the integrity of each area. I am concerned that political considerations, particularly with regard to housing and industrial development, will supersede environmental and conservation concerns at the local level. I reject this proposal.
