I believe this is happening…

I believe this is happening so that there is less accountability and fewer people protecting our designated lands. This is not a good idea. Instead of taking money away from our conservation authorities, we should be putting more money into it and protecting them from the whim of the sitting government (especially the one that currently also wants to build houses through the green belt)
Green areas are what makes Ontario beautiful and not a paved state like many of the states in the US. We need to protect them and protecting from this merger is essential.
