I totally disagree with the "amalgamation" of the conservation authorities. There are very distinct differences among the areas to be included in the large swath that is to become the new Western Lake Ontario RCA. Local voices will not be heard! Niagara concerns are very different than say, Burlington.
And why Western Lake Ontario when it would appear from the map that the Lake Erie waterways are included in this CA?
