I feel this change would eliminate much of the existing local representation who decide on the programs that help protect and maintain our current healthy watershed.
Bigger is not always better.
You will lose the information that is specific to each rural and urban community.
And I would need to fully understand your proposed "yet to be determined municipal governance structure" before I consider the change as possible with this legislation.
Please specify how you plan to govern the conservation authorities, and how local representation will be utilized.
I appreciate the time and efforts you provide and look forward to hearing back with more information before pushing this legislation through.
