To whom it may concern,

As a taxpayer I support these authorities being amalgamated to deliver an efficient and effective low cost service delivery model. Additionally, I want to see the Provincial Government take over all financial responsibilities to run an amalgamated organization. This step would allow all financials to be captured and monitored in a centralized repository to drive efficiencies in operating and capital expenditures and eliminate unwanted additional tax burden being placed on the local municipal taxpayer.

The Provincial Government consistently communicates;
"there's only one taxpayer"
