We believe the area is so large that it will minimize the efforts of the conservation work when you cannot reasonably travel across the entire area in one day.
We worry that this will extend timelines and increase work beyond capacity of staff, especially if new job positions are not created.
We are also concerned that this will cause delays for agriculture and farmers, where soil testing and flood water monitoring is concerned.
