I live in Halton, but only the next street over is Wellington. I sometimes wish I could access both conservation areas with one pass, but that's a selfish wish. I beg you to recognize the importance of keeping the conservation areas intact as is, that it is critical to allow local experts to continue to protect and support local watersheds. Rather than ripping everything apart and taking more control, take a look at processes and see what can be tweaked for efficiencies. You can find ways to improve building houses more quickly without completely turning your back on the environment. Please don't ignore the voice of Ontarians in this matter just because you have a majority and can pass anything you'd like to support your personal goals.
