TOC for Oakville is extreme unnecessary density. Density matters.
This projects exceeds the density of Liberty Village and the highest density in Canada: Toronto’s St James Town.
This high density project is an add on to the already high density of proposed Midtown. It’s is overwhelming. Unhealthy for both new and existing residents.
The GO Train tracks do not link employment. This is a fallacy
The QEW is already at saturation.
TOC will along with Midtown will ruin the harmony of Oakville.
