The "open-for-business…

The "open-for-business-planning tool" is a very bad idea. It incentivizes municipalities and enables them to bypass all regulations, in particular those that will protect the environment such as the Green Belt. Ontario has lots of land for development that is not in the Green Belt. We must preserve the Green Belt to protect the watershed and the species which count the Green Belt as their home.
This is necessary to protect the environment for our Ontario citizens, our children and our future children.
