I don’t see any firm action that is specified that all species and their habitats are guaranteed protected. All the is said is “monitored” and your language is very ambiguous. STOP tearing down habitats, forests, and land. Put an end to animal and habitat killing. Stop putting the “almighty dollar” first, and start putting the plant and creatures first. This proposal isn’t honest.
