Firstly thank you for taking the time to discuss this change

I believe this would allow for quicker and most efficient movement of all vechicles on the highway.

As seen in various US cities and states. Allowing motorcycles to utilize HoV lanes will allow for movement and prevent gridlock. It is also much safer for motorcycles to keep moving vs when sitting idle in traffic behind a car or. Truck which can obstruct t their view.
