This is a disaster for communities. the OMB rules make a mockery of city planning and livable communities - random approvals that are not required to confirm to an urban plan creates chaos and over development in the wrong places. we already have more active cranes than any other city on earth. All building the same 30+ storey towers. we need development that builds communities over investor profits. LET CITY PLANNING TO THEIR JOB!
