I oppose returning to the old OMB system. Community planning should be at the local level which takes into account the people and services affected.

And,when developments are approved, the developers need to pay for the infrastructure costs involved---roads,transit,sewers,libraries, parks,etc. These additional costs should not be passed on to taxpayers.
