The South end community can…

The South end community can't afford another delay in the construction of its community centre.
The South end area, specially where I live (Gordon and Clair) has seen a very heavy increase of new homes in the last year; this of course has led to more people in the area needing desperately the services of the long awaited community centre.
So far the only option that we have the YMCA or the recently opened community centre on Victoria road which as you can see those locations are not convenient in terms of commuting.

I understand the urge of increasing the number of homes based on the current demand but I think a properly planned community is even more important, otherwise we will be full of new homes with a terrible lack of community services.
