Along with the changes being proposed for the moose hunt, you should include banning the use of ATVs for hunting moose. It allows hunters to get into areas that you cannot access with a vehicle and doesn't really give the moose population a chance. ATVs are not allowed in the US for hunting on public land, the same should apply here. We also feel that crown land camping should be banned. It makes it too easy for hunters and fishermen, for that matter, to over harvest. We have seen it first hand many times.
