I support a lease extension…

I support a lease extension at Rondeau, however we feel the terms and conditions proposed are unfair, unreasonable and discriminatory. Without the possibilty of passing down the cottage or selling it eventually all cottages will become owned by the Park. Whether the lease is terminated or it is extended under these conditions the ultimate end is the same; the loss of a community. This appears to be a round about way to meet the goals of the administration while disregarding the unique value the cottage community offers to the area.
