Revisit e-bike legislation to allow children under 16 to be carried by electrified cargo bikes. Currently they are allowed on dangerous motorcycles at 100km/h, but not safe electric cargo bikes at 30 km/h. This is the future of family transportation in many cities, with e-bikes outselling electric cars in both the United States and Europe in 2017.
