This proposal is industry, Indigenous and big business specific. What are you doing to include the many private landowners in Ontario. Forest Ontario has in recent years moved away from being the voice of private land owners. The Ontario Woodlot Association consultation should be included in the discussion since they seem to be the only ones interested in assisting the needs of private landowners as they promote stewardship and sustainability in their woodlots. OWA is working to support these private landowners with their MFTIP plans, a program that aids at improving their forests.
