This is the worst idea that I have ever seen! This is free reign for developers to dodge all rules it’s development for pure profit and completely bypasses environmental, conservation and public opinion and concerns along with long term effects to the communities! This bill literally puts the fox in charge of the hen house. Once these projects are built it’s changed forever no chance to go back and repair damage to wetlands,habitats and community! You cannot recreate or relocate natural wet lands and watersheds they are there for a reason and with the addition of paving over leave entire communities vulnerable to flooding in the future for the sake of profit. We can’t leave developers to make these decisions the public and conservation must be number one in any development decision!!!! Do not make this mistake! You will destroy communities remove this ridiculous MZO fast track process the old system worked just fine and involves the communities it effects!
