We asked for additional details, as the base description of the proposal indicates some scary chemicals being emitted into the air in one of the most heavily toxic parts of Toronto. (According to city air quality studies).

We asked for additional details and were told the proposal is confidential. How can this be possible, the propoent wants to emit noxious chemicals into the environment but will not see the local residents to see any details of what is being proposed.

We demand full disclosure and a significant extension to the submission times, as this is clearly not appropriate.
