- glad to see an e-bike classification system - so municipalities - can allow people (seniors and others) with Class 1 e-bikes to use bike paths without opening bike paths to mopeds and scooter type e-bikes

- glad to see twist throttles included in class one - friend needs to use a recumbent e-bike will be able to use on bike path - if municipality changes to allow class 1 e-bikes on local bike path (assuming other wording in the bill does not outlaw his bike) - bike steers with brake levers not handle bars

- regulation needs to be reworked to allow cargo bikes - (and recumbent e-bikes that steer with braking systems if they do not meet your proposed definition)

- our future will depend on getting people on public transit, bicycles, e-bikes and walking - designing complete streets
