We are a successful small landscape construction company doing good work for 35 years.

This proposal is not sensible for companies like us that move soil/fill every day in small quantities.

We know that our local disposal company, which takes our loads, is already responsible for requirements on how and what they process.

This tracking proposal should be for large quantities only. For large companies.

Honestly, the stringent laws, taxes, fees/costs, requirements, training and other regulations already in place in our industry are making it extremely hard and not feasible for small business to run or start up.

You will drive many small business who are trying to run legitimately underground.

If it is your intention to wipe out small business this will help to do that. please rethink this.
