Electric vehicle chargers should be made available at multi-unit residential buildings. Landlords should be obligated to supply a electric vehicle charging solution to tenants. Pricing schemes can be tailored to ensure tenant-landlord parties are both benefitted fairly.

Additionally, parking spots of electric vehicles MUST be monitored to ensure ICE vehicles do not inappropriately park there. These spots are rare and it the availability of the spot/charger to an EV should be more reliable. Penalties should exist and be harsh enough to deter misuse.
