It is my firm opinion that any legislation that dismantles the cap and trade system for reducing greenhouse gasses ought to include provisions for replacement measures that will be at least as effective in reducing those emissions. To fail to do so seems to me to be irresponsible. I would hope any government of this fair province would want Ontario to be a leader in economic development that sustains planetary health rather than harming it. This is where the future lies and Ontario should be part of it.
