Request for clarification:
Does the new low risk site assessment apply to Streets or ROW’s fronting residential, parkland, agricultural, and institutional. Meaning if there is no Commercial or Industrial property adjacent to the ROW where work is taking place APU / SAP and SCR reports are not required?
It would be beneficial if APU / SAP and SCR reports are not required in Streets or ROW's fronting residential, parkland, agricultural, and institutional as the risk of potential soil contamination is minimal or even zero.
