Mr. Ford has failed to submit anything resembling a detailed plan. Apparently this move is supposed to put money back in the pockets of the taxpayers. How? What is definite is that it will benefit those businesses that will be allowed to pollute with impunity,
Short -sighted. Ecolologically disastrous. The work of a politician without any idea of how climate change works.
