The cancellation of the Cap…

The cancellation of the Cap and Trade program is a most wasteful action by our government. It is not only an action against the work of reducing GHG, it is an action against people and the planet, and the least loving kind of behaviour possible. It is death affirming rather than life affirming. I ask where the joy is in cancelling Cap and Trade, and I would wonder what possible deep wound exists in those who do such things. It is not too late to acknowledge from where pain comes that seeks revenge and power over others. There is no good that comes from punitive action. Finding solutions to reducing GHG emissions fulfils legal obligations and abides by our Constitutional rights and provileges that protect our requirements/rights for a healthy and living planet. Acknowledge that you, the government of Ontario, hear and learn from the people. Keep the Cap and Trade Act.
