This is something you should never even consider. We all need more green space even if it's just for our mental health. Taking away the conservation authority's ability to protect it's citizens as well as the ecosystem and protection of natural areas for wildlife is essential. I live in a flood plane and had issues with conservation authorities but understand they are there to protect me. Do not allow this bill to proceed, your short sightness will only cause more problems down the road that can never be undone. Please reconsider your actions.
