I’m very concerned with Bill 23 and the impacts it will have on the environment and public safety. It is my understanding that Conservation Authorities are not a barrier to growth but support healthy and sustainable growth. I am writing today to express my concerns about the Conservation Authorities not being involved in the development review processes and the impacts of the environment the new housing legislation will have.
