The green belt land is essential, is a resource for Ontario , and its protections should be maintained 100%. It is ludicrous to consider developing this land. Thus land is fertile and the food farming that is fine here provides for essential needs of ontarians. The environmental protections MUST be maintained.
Yes affordable housing is important. There are many other, better, ways to meet that need. The green wit is a priceless environmental habitat. Protect the greenbelt and say no to Ford’s proposed destruction for development. Hands off the green belt!
