We support Ontario's Housing Action Supply Plan, Bill 23 and the recommendations by the Province to reduce duplication and build houses faster.
The purpose of this submission is to request that Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing expand the existing settlement boundary immediately abutting the community of Tottenham, in the Town of New Tecumseth in the County of Simcoe. The requested expansion is a logical location from a planning, servicing, environmental and community services perspective. We are prepared to build and urban residential community with a variety of housing types in the near term.
