I am a co-owner of a 107 acre property in Springwater, at the Wasaga Beach border. The MCR has our property slated to have the Agricultural restriction removed and we are hoping the proposed wetlands revisions will accurately have this incorrect designation removed as well.
We are a Category 2, Rural parcel and will have municipal sewer frontage across the street shortly and according to the Simcoe interactive map, paved roads along the front as well as back of our lot with close proximity to full amenities .We sincerely hope the MMAH will rezone our current Estate Residential to Multiple Residential to allow progress and growth of our prime piece of land to stay consistent with the more homes, faster mandate.
Having said that, I and my Co-Owners, along with many other locals and cottagers, wish to express full support for the speedy and full implementation of Bill 23, the MCR and all relevant pieces of passed legislation.
