As a hunter and hound person,I am all for this. Although I seldom go to a pen,I know the problem with running in the wild. There are people who do not want you or your dogs on their property . The risk of your dog getting hit on the road or causing an accident.
Every person has their hobbies and not all are approved of by the general public. This is one that is harmless to the general public. Provides hours of enjoyment to all involved. Keeps the dogs active instead of being tied up for months on end. Prevents annoying land owners and also prevents the possibility of vehicular accidents and personal injury
