I can speak from personal experience that the current lack of licensed individuals/business where I can properly train my dog has been frustrating. I am in full support of this proposal and as an avid hunter I feel my dog and I would benefit from the changes put forward. The more options and opportunities there are where you can properly train working dogs for the field would be a positive outcome for everyone involved.
