I am horrified by this…

I am horrified by this proposal. It never ceases to amaze me the lengths humans will go to cause pain and suffering to other creatures. I am completely and utterly opposed to the proposal to amend the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997, and associated regulations, to allow for the issuance of licences of new dog "train and trial" areas, and to allow the transfer of licences. Disgusting. Stop catering to the few and do what the many, who oppose cruelty to animals, expect you to do as civil servants.
