I felt ill when I read that this was even permitted. It would seem that dogs can tear fox and coyote apart in a pen, if I understand this correctly.
Just imagine the absolute terror and panic that the wild animal must feel.
I believe strongly that this barbaric practice should be ended. It is one thing to hunt in the wild, but this is something so awful that I still can't believe it is allowed in Ontario.
