The proposal to allow new licenses for such a Barbaric Act is beyond words for me. What does this say about our Society and if the vast majority of Ontarians really knew about this, they would be totally appalled. To allow the killing of other species for a blood sport is sickening.
The 1997 legislation was put in place because We wanted this practice stopped.
