This is one of the most abhorrent things I have ever read. What kinds of people are proposing such a vile idea? Holding wild animals captive and using them as bait? Are you all out of your minds? Please seek therapy for your sick, twisted and cruel mindset. We are not barbarians in this country. Learn to live amongst and with nature or leave.
