This is absolutely inhumane, cruel and disgusting. I did not think the Ford government could disappoint any more than it has but I was wrong. If this proposal goes through, I will be motivated more than ever to work with a quickly and ever expanding group of citizens working hard to ensure Ford is gone and that his government never returns.
