This would be a step in the wrong direction on so many levels. It includes cruelty to wild animals (how is that even allowed?) as well as increasing the use of hunting with dogs. As the owner of a rural property, I do not wish to encounter any more hunters with guns who are just “following their dogs” on my property. Please do not allow this ill-conceived request to proceed. The expansion of this practice will cause nothing but problems for rural landowners and wildlife. It is a very bad idea.
