The archaic and cruel practice of capturing and holding Wildlife for the purpose of later releasing them in an enclosed area from which there is no chance of escape for the purpose of "training" hunting Dogs has no place in our supposedly civilized society. This was banned decades ago. There is no valid reason to take this step backwards.
