Wondering the purpose behind this proposal? Can an explanation be provided? Seems very bizarre in the day and age. We teach our children. About cruelty to animals, how is this being a model for them? I am fearful that this will be sending a wrong message to our children.
We need to think about our decisions always in the light of protecting And educating children.
Please do not go ahead with this barbaric decision.
